Unknown Fish ID

American Eel, Anguilla rostrata
- elongated, round
- dorsal and anal fins long and connected to tail fin
- lacks a pelvic fin





















Logperch, Percina caprodes
- Elongate body
- Long, cone-shaped snout
- Snout tip bulbous or blunt
- Two dorsal fins
- Dark vertical bars on side, like tiger stripes







Golden Shiner, Notemigonus crysoleucas

- Deep, compressed body
- Forked tail fin
- Upturned mouth; pointed or somewhat rounded snout
- Silver or brassy sheen on body







Flier, Centrarchus macropterus
- Very compressed body
- Supraterminal mouth
- Large dorsal and anal fin
- Long, pointed pectoral fin
- Slightly notched tail fin
- Many spines on anal fin
- Large eye with a vertical black bar through it
- Black spot below the eye
