    Banded Sunfish - Lepomis obesus
    Dark spot on opercular, round caudal fin, lateral bars

    The first fish is a warmouth. You can tell from the red eye and the lines across the operculum.

    David is correct on upper fish the warmouth.

    Ross -- correct common name on top fish

    genus is Enneacanthus
